Nora Fatehi has been officially confirmed to perform at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony in Canada. The ceremony will be held on June 12 at BMO Field in Toronto, as part of the tournament’s multi-host opening celebrations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
A globally recognized performer, Nora joins a star-studded lineup for the Canadian ceremony, including Alanis Morissette, Alessia Cara, Elyanna, Jessie Reyez, Michael Bublé, Sanjoy, Vegedream, and William Prince. Meanwhile, the U.S. opening ceremony will feature artists such as Katy Perry, Lisa, Anitta, Future, Rema, and Tyla.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup, scheduled from June 11 to July 19, will be jointly hosted by the three nations. FIFA has planned separate opening ceremonies in each host country. The tournament will kick off in Mexico City with the opening match between Mexico and South Africa, followed by Canada’s ceremony in Toronto the next day.
