In response to the worsening law and order situation nationwide, the Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal has announced a series of protest programs to be held centrally in Dhaka, as well as simultaneously across all districts and major metropolitan areas.
The announcement was made in a press release issued on Sunday (July 13).
As per the statement, a protest march in Dhaka is scheduled for Thursday (July 17) at 2:00 PM. The march will begin in front of the BNP central office in Naya Paltan and proceed through Fakirapool, Dainik Bangla, Press Club, Kadam Fountain, and Matsya Bhaban, concluding at Shahbagh. The central Jubo Dal, along with the Dhaka North and South city units, will participate in the Dhaka event. Similar protest marches will also be held in districts and metropolitan areas across the country on the same day.
Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna and General Secretary Mohammad Nurul Islam Nayan have endorsed the initiative and instructed all unit leaders to ensure the success of the protests by mobilizing activists nationwide.
