Two men, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, were arrested by Mumbai police for firing outside Bollywood star Salman Khan's Mumbai home. They were found in Bhuj, Gujarat, after escaping. The police suspect their involvement with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, with one possibly linked to Bishnoi gang member Rohit Godara. The shooting, caught on CCTV, saw bullets aimed at Khan's home, with one hitting a wall. Five bullet shells and a live round were found, confirming a 7.62-caliber weapon was used. The suspects were on a motorbike during the incident. Bishnoi's brother claimed responsibility on Facebook, warning of more attacks. Khan and his family were unharmed, despite police absence due to duty at an Indian Premier League match. The getaway motorbike was found nearby. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde assured Khan of support and security. This incident adds to previous threats Khan received from the Bishnoi gang due to a 1998 case involving a blackbuck, revered by the Bishnoi community.
