He made this announcement on Monday, September 23, during an awareness seminar for transport owners and workers in the capital. Starting today, students in the Dhaka metropolitan area can access half fare by presenting their uniforms or photo ID cards. Additionally, the previous time limit of 8 AM to 8 PM has been removed, allowing students to use this benefit from 6 AM until midnight.
