Bangladesh's interim government has decided to sell 52 luxury cars imported for former members of the 12th Jatiya Sangsad. The cars are yet to be released from ports, and the government will collect customs tax by selling them. The National Board of Revenue has been ordered to sell the cars, and duty-free cars imported for former MPs will not be sent back, as it would lose revenue. Most of the cars are from the Toyota brand's Land Cruiser series, and will be sold on easy terms at market price.
