University of Dhaka has introduced the "First Year Students' Scholarship Policy - 2024" for the upcoming academic year, spearheaded by Treasurer Momtaz Uddin Ahmed. Under this initiative, first-year students will be awarded 4,000 taka. The announcement was made by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. S. Maksud Kamal during the annual Senate session held at the Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building on June 26.
