Education Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury announced plans to provide at least one device to 30,000 secondary education institutions nationwide by year-end. He disclosed this during his address as chief guest at the inauguration of a national portal and online training programs at the International Mother Language Institute auditorium in the capital. The initiative also includes setting up smart classrooms in these institutions, with 5,000 institutions slated to receive grants this year for this purpose. Additional local grants will support the setup of smart classrooms across the country.
