Khaled Mahmud Sujon has stepped down from his role as a director of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). The board's CEO, Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, confirmed the resignation to the media. On Wednesday, September 11, Sujon officially submitted his resignation to the board. Over the years, he has held multiple key positions in various BCB committees, including overseeing the Game Development department. Sujon's leadership greatly contributed to the success of Bangladesh's Under-19 team, leading them to victory in the ICC Under-19 World Cup in 2020 in South Africa and the Under-19 Asia Cup last year in the UAE. He also served as the national team's interim coach.
