The notice claims Coca-Cola violated international law and Section 295A of the Penal Code, 1860, along with Sections 28 and 35 of the Cyber Security Act, 2023, through a June 9 advertisement. It further accuses Coca-Cola's Coke Studio Bangla of threatening Bangladeshi culture and existence, causing significant cultural and artistic damage over the past two years. The notice contends that losses exceed crores of taka due to cultural identity distortion and art quality destruction.
