Thailand will launch an e-visa service for Bangladeshis starting January 2, 2024, making the visa application process easier and more efficient. The Royal Thai Embassy announced this decision on December 17, and the service will be available to ordinary citizens from January 2, while official passport holders can apply from December 19. Applications can be submitted online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th, with visa approval sent by email within 10 days. Applicants can pay the fee through the embassy's website, and the Thai Visa Center in Dhaka will close on December 24 due to the e-visa introduction.
