US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen has introduced specially designed rickshaws in Dhaka as part of celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of the United States. He shared photos of the rickshaws on his Facebook page.
The rickshaws are painted in red, white, and blue, reflecting the colors of the US national flag. According to his post, Ambassador Christensen inaugurated 50 of these specially designed rickshaws to mark the occasion. The initiative highlights the celebration of US independence as well as the strong partnership between Bangladesh and the United States.
