A 55-year-old Turkish woman has filed a paternity lawsuit claiming that U.S. President Donald Trump is her biological father, according to the Ihlas News Agency (IHA). Necla Ozmen says she was born in 1970 to a U.S. citizen named Sofya and was put up for adoption shortly after birth.
Ozmen said she began suspecting a connection after seeing Trump during the 2017 U.S. presidential campaign. She later claimed the woman who raised her told her that Trump was her father. Ozmen has filed a case with the Ankara 27th Family Court seeking a DNA test and has also submitted a petition to a U.S. family court through diplomatic channels. She says her aim is clarity, not accusation, and seeks a DNA test, a meeting, and acknowledgment if proven true.
