Teen (17) dies after jumping in front of train for not buying him a Royal Enfield

A 17-year-old teenager, Shafin Mondal, from Rajbari's Pansha, tragically died by suicide on January 26. He jumped under a shuttle train at the Kalikapur Railway Bridge in Kalukhali Upazila around 2 pm. Shafin, the only son of truck driver Milon Mondal, was an SSC candidate at Moukuri High School. His father had bought him a Suzuki Gixxer motorcycle six months ago, but Shafin had been demanding a Royal Enfield motorcycle and an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which his father refused. Despite family and neighbor attempts to convince him, Shafin remained firm in his wishes. The local police confirmed his death and stated that legal action will be taken following the incident.
