Sons brutally beat 70-year-old father, leave him bleeding after he refuses to sign property papers

Yesterday, in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, a shocking incident unfolded where an elderly father, Abdur Rahim (70), was brutally assaulted and left bloodied by his own sons—Zahirul Islam and Saiful Islam—following a dispute over property ownership. For several days, they had been pressuring him to transfer the property to their names, and after his continuous refusal, they attacked him with violence. Hearing his cries for help, locals rushed to the scene, rescued him, and took him to the Sonargaon Health Complex for medical treatment.
