Six-year-old boy found dead in septic tank while playing hide-and-seek with sister

A heartbreaking incident occurred in Sreepur, Gazipur, where a 6-year-old child, Aryan Sarkar, went missing while playing hide-and-seek with his older sister. After about half an hour of searching, family members discovered his shoes near an abandoned septic tank beside their house. Suspecting the worst, they looked inside and found Aryan’s body. Aryan’s father and local residents claimed that the septic tank had been left unprotected for a long time, resulting in multiple accidents in the past. Despite repeated requests to have it covered, no action was taken. The Sreepur police have assured that they will pursue legal action regarding this incident.
