The "Future We Want Model United Nations Conference," one of the world's leading youth summits, has officially commenced at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The conference has brought together outstanding young leaders from across the globe to discuss global challenges, sustainable development, and the future of international cooperation.
This year, Sheikh Sidratul Muntaha Siddique Tamrin has achieved a remarkable milestone for Bangladesh by earning a place among the selected delegates. Her official registration at the UN Headquarters was completed on July 31, after which she met and exchanged greetings with fellow youth representatives from different countries.
Although several delegates of Bangladeshi origin are attending the conference as representatives of other nations, Tamrin is the only participant carrying a Bangladeshi passport and officially representing Bangladesh. By proudly representing the country on one of the world's most prestigious youth platforms, she has brought great recognition and honor to Bangladesh.
