Abu Sayed, a student of Begum Rokeya University who was fatally shot by police during the anti-discrimination student movement, has successfully completed his undergraduate (honors) final exam. He secured a CGPA of 3.30, ranking 14th in the combined merit list. The results were published on Sunday, October 20, with the approval of the university's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Shawkot Ali. In a statement accompanying the results, the Vice-Chancellor said, "Our brilliant student, Shaheed Abu Sayed, is no longer with us. However, his final undergraduate exam results have been released. Among 69 students, Abu Sayed ranked 14th on the merit list. While this is a moment of pride, it is overshadowed by the sorrow of his loss. I pray for the peace of his soul."
