YouTuber RS Fahim, who has been under discussion due to his controversial role in the student movement, has been arrested by the police.
He was arrested on Sunday (March 29) by Shah Ali Police Station. Assistant Commissioner of Police Imdad Hossain Bipul of the Darus Salam Zone confirmed the matter, stating that Fahim was arrested in connection with two cases filed against him.
It is reported that locals detained him in front of Mirpur Zoo before police arrived and took him into custody and brought him to the police station.
Later that night, an inspector (investigation) from Gulshan Police Station said that Fahim was arrested in a case related to the killing during the July student movement. Around 8:30 PM, he was transferred from Shah Ali Police Station to Gulshan Police Station.
It is noted that RS Fahim was born in Chauddagram, Cumilla, and grew up in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. He began his journey by posting bicycle stunt videos and, after creating a YouTube channel in 2015, gradually became a well-known biker and content creator.
