The government has cancelled Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s proposed visit to India, stating that he will not travel to Delhi until two conditions set by Dhaka are fulfilled. Bangladesh has demanded that India extradite former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, convicted of crimes against humanity, and hand over those accused in the murder of Osman Hadi.
