An investigation has revealed that the Milestone School jet crash on July 21, which claimed over 30 lives, occurred due to pilot error. Following the findings, the Air Force has decided to conduct all training flights outside Dhaka. The report also stated that the school building lacked BNBC approval, exposing urban safety flaws and raising concerns over military flights above crowded areas.
