A woman has accused a madrasa teacher, Ismat Ali Asheki, of engaging in physical relations with her at a mosque in the name of 'Hilla marriage' after seeking advice. The incident occurred in Sripur, Gazipur, eight months ago but was only recently revealed. The mosque imam, Kafil Uddin, allegedly facilitated the marriage between the woman and Asheki. The woman claimed that after a brief marriage, she was divorced, and Asheki had physical relations with her inside the mosque. The mosque authorities suspended Imam Kafil Uddin, and he confirmed his role in arranging the marriage. However, Asheki denied the allegations, stating the woman approached him and claiming he had arranged the 'Hilla marriage' with someone else, whose identity he refused to disclose.
