Victory Day celebrations this year will feature Victory Fairs across Bangladesh, as announced by Farooq-e-Azam, advisor on the Liberation War for the interim government. In an interview with UNB, he emphasized the significance of Victory Day and highlighted that such festivals, once common, will now be revived at district and upazila levels. The fairs will include cultural programs, agricultural product exhibitions, and local crafts, with participation from children, women, and men. Traditional parades at the National Parade Square will not occur this year due to logistical challenges, and the Chief Advisor will not attend the stadium event. Freedom fighters will be honored in district-level programs. On December 14, the President and Chief Advisor will pay tribute at the National Intellectuals Cemetery and participate in discussions at Rayer Bazar.
