Muslims will become the majority in India one day, says The Mayor of Kolkata Municipal Corporation

West Bengal Minister and Kolkata Municipal Corporation Mayor Firhad Hakim has expressed confidence that Muslims will eventually become the majority in India. In a video, he is heard saying, "Soon, we will become the majority." Hakim further mentions, "Our community makes up 33% of West Bengal's population and 17% of the country's population. Although labeled as a minority, we do not see ourselves that way. With Allah's blessings and the power of education, we believe we will transition from being a minority to becoming the majority in the future."
