Miss World Uganda Wears Gown Inspired by Seven Layers of a C-Section, Honoring Motherhood and Childbirth

Miss World Uganda Elle Muhoza wore a custom-designed gown inspired by the seven layers doctors pass through during a C-section, from the skin and fat to the uterus and amniotic sac. Created by designer Keesha Abdallah, the “Layers of Life” gown featured varied colours and fabrics to symbolize the different stages of childbirth, celebrating womanhood, motherhood and the universal journey of bringing life into the world. The design also drew inspiration from Abdallah’s personal experience as a new mother.
