RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid, with the Spanish giants expected to pay over £100 million for the 19-year-old Ivory Coast international. Paris Saint-Germain reportedly withdrew from the race after a £102.5 million bid was rejected, while Liverpool had previously seen a £69 million offer turned down.
Diomande recently shared an emotional letter dedicated to his late sister, Roxane. In it, he recalled writing "Ronaldo 7" on a fake Manchester United jersey with a black marker as a child, while Roxane always believed he could become the next Cristiano Ronaldo. He revealed that he learned of her death shortly after making his Leganés debut against Real Madrid at just 18 years old. Roxane was 15. Diomande ended the letter by writing, "Everything I do on a football pitch, it's for you," vowing to keep her memory alive.
