Man Gives His ‘Matir Bank’ Savings to Nasiruddin Patwary for Including Justice for Osman Hadi in His Manifesto

Out of love and admiration, a man from Narail has gifted his long-cherished clay savings bank to Nasiruddin Patwary, the “Oikyoboddho Bangladesh” alliance-nominated parliamentary candidate for Dhaka-8. On December 1, Shahidul Islam purchased the clay bank with the intention of presenting it to martyr Sharif Osman bin Hadi. However, after Nasiruddin Patwary pledged in his election manifesto to ensure a fair trial for the killing of martyr Sharif Osman bin Hadi—placing it as his first commitment—Shahidul Islam was deeply moved. Inspired by Patwary’s stance, he decided to present his carefully saved earnings, preserved over a long time, as a symbolic gesture of support.
