A 26-year-old man has been arrested and fined after climbing onto the roof of a hospital dressed as the Grim Reaper, where he frightened patients, visitors, and staff by staring down at them while carrying a long blade.
Police and firefighters responded to the incident at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital in St Asaph, Wales, and safely brought him down. He later pleaded guilty to causing a public nuisance on NHS premises and was also convicted in separate shoplifting cases.
