New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani has reportedly signed an executive order temporarily lifting children’s bedtimes across the city during the New York Knicks’ NBA Finals run.
Sharing the announcement on social media, Mamdani said, “As Mayor, you’re forced to make many difficult decisions. This was not one of them.”
The Knicks, making their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999, will open their series against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday as they chase their first championship since 1973.
