The records are part of a larger release of unclassified Department of Justice materials and feature correspondence from someone identified only as "Charles," with internal codes EFTA00173266 to EFTA00173273. These emails were collected alongside third-party communications during broader federal investigations into Jeffrey Epstein’s network.
Unlike other disclosures that highlight documented connections between Epstein and political or business figures, these messages contain highly conspiratorial claims. They were forwarded to an FBI agent in April 2021 by a redacted sender, who described the writer as a disgruntled former technology employee or associate. The emails reference alleged “quantum” technologies, secret military tribunals, and assert that “Biden is not your current President,” without offering any evidence.
One message claims that the “real” Biden was executed and replaced by an actor or clone, citing supposed “mask malfunctions” as proof. These allegations echo a long-standing online conspiracy theory where followers analyze images and videos for perceived differences in appearance. Authorities and independent fact-checkers have repeatedly confirmed there is no verified evidence supporting any harm to or replacement of Joe Biden, and the claims remain unfounded.
