Dhaka–Karachi Direct Flights to Resume on January 29 After 14 Years

Direct air connectivity between Bangladesh and Pakistan is set to return after a 14-year gap. Biman Bangladesh Airlines will launch direct Dhaka–Karachi–Dhaka flights starting January 29. The service will run on a trial basis until March 30, with the possibility of increasing flights based on passenger demand and operational factors. The airline has received formal approval from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, including clearance to use designated air corridors over Pakistan.
