Dhaka University’s ICT exam still stuck on Microsoft Word, even in the age of AI

The midterm exam of the “ICT Skills” course under Dhaka University’s Department of Mass Communication and Journalism has drawn criticism from students. The entire question paper focused only on basic Microsoft Word topics like toolbars, alignment, and shortcut keys. Students argued that such questions fit school-level exams, not university standards. The issue quickly went viral on social media, sparking wide discussion.
