Tickets for Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ newly announced direct flights between Karachi and Dhaka sold out within hours of release, highlighting strong passenger demand for the long-awaited route.
Bangladesh’s national carrier confirmed on Thursday that it will resume non-stop flights between the two cities, with the inaugural service scheduled for January 29. The airline plans to operate two flights per week, restoring direct air travel between Bangladesh and Pakistan after more than a decade. Regular non-stop services on this route had been suspended since 2012.
