Following the murder of Father Siddiqui, Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been targeted with multiple threats, prompting heightened security measures by Mumbai police. The latest threat, reportedly from the Bishnoi gang, demands Khan either apologize at their Kuldevata temple or pay Rs 5 crore. A message claiming to be from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's brother was sent to the Traffic Control Unit on November 4, stating that Khan would be killed if his demands weren't met. Police are investigating the message's origin and its potential links to Bishnoi, who is currently incarcerated. Previously, threats had already included a demand for Rs 2 crore, leading to an arrest on October 30 after a similar anonymous threat was received.
