At the 13th International Hifz-ul-Quran Competition 2025 in Benghazi, Libya, Bangladesh’s Hafiz Anas Bin Atique earned third place.
Competing in the Full Quran Hifz category under the supervision of the International Qirat Organization Bangladesh, he received a prize of 50,000 Libyan Dinars.
The winners were announced on Sunday night (28 September) during a grand ceremony organized by Libya’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
This year’s competition featured 120 participants from 75 countries, with 18 contestants ultimately declared winners. The event was attended by ministers, secretaries, government officials, senior military officers, and a large audience.
