Bangladesh plans to purchase electricity from China at Tk 25 per unit, State Minister for Local Government Mir Shahe Alam said. The proposed deal is part of efforts to secure additional power supplies and meet the country’s growing electricity demand, while strengthening energy cooperation between Bangladesh and China.
