The Bangladesh Police has finalized a redesigned logo to replace its current emblem, incorporating several national symbols. The new logo prominently features the shapla (water lily), which is the national flower, along with stalks of paddy and wheat, as well as jute leaves. The word "Police" is clearly displayed at the top of the design. This decision was detailed in an official letter signed by Additional Deputy Inspector General (Logistics) Nasima Begum, dated April 10. The redesigned logo has already received official approval and is now awaiting the issuance of a formal notification. Once the notification is issued, the use of the new logo will become mandatory across all units and districts of the Bangladesh Police. It will be implemented on uniforms, flags, signboards, and other official materials, with preparations currently underway to ensure a smooth and uniform rollout throughout the force.
