Argentina will pause all domestic football matches in the 10th minute this weekend for a one-minute applause tribute to Lionel Messi following his retirement from international football. The Argentine Football Association (AFA) said the tribute will take place across men’s and women’s competitions and other domestic football events. Stadiums with video screens will also show a special tribute video before matches. The 10th-minute pause is a symbolic nod to Messi’s iconic No. 10 shirt.
