A S M Anas Ferdous, a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), has been expelled from academic activities for four terms. Additionally, he has been declared ineligible for residential student status.
According to the university administration’s decision, Anas Ferdous will remain expelled from academic activities for the current term and the following three terms. This decision came after BUET authorities formed an investigation committee in response to student complaints. The committee reviewed the allegations against him and subsequently recommended disciplinary action.
Anas Ferdous has the right to appeal this expulsion decision to the Academic Council within the next 15 working days. He has shared an image of the expulsion notice on his Facebook page, “Hulkenstein.”
