77.78% Pass Rate in HSC, Over 1.45 Lakh Students Score GPA 5

The results of the HSC and equivalent examinations have been released. This year, the combined pass rate for the nine general education boards, madrasa, and technical education boards is 77.78%. The pass rate for HSC among the nine general education boards is 75.56%. In 2023, the overall pass rate was 78.64%, reflecting a decrease of 0.86%. Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Chairman of the Dhaka Board and President of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, shared the summary of the results with the media. A total of 145,911 students achieved GPA-5 this year, compared to 92,365 students in 2023.
