Saleha Begum stood patiently in the line with her mentally disabled grandson, Saiful Islam, by her side. Fearing that he might suddenly wander away in the crowded area, she tied him with a chain for his safety while waiting for their turn. Despite the difficult situation, she continued to stand in the queue for nearly three and a half hours.
The heartbreaking image reflected the struggles faced by many low-income families who depend on TCB products for survival. After a long wait filled with exhaustion and uncertainty, Saleha Begum finally managed to receive the products she came for.
