In the first season of the BPL, revenue reached 33,05,13,000 BDT, while expenses were only 21,42,203 BDT, resulting in a profit of 32,83,70,797 BDT for the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). A major contributor to this income was Game On Sports, with whom the BCB had signed a six-year contract before the league began. In the second season, the BPL generated 38,76,40,000 BDT in revenue and incurred expenses of 5,09,82,851 BDT, yielding a profit of 33,66,57,149 BDT. Altogether, the BCB earned a total profit of 66,50,27,946 BDT from the first two seasons, courtesy of Game On Sports Management.
