The Game of Thrones prequel spinoff has a new title, season 1 episode count, and a director from Black Mirror.

HBO's upcoming Game of Thrones spinoff, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," helmed by director Owen Harris of Black Mirror fame, will consist of six episodes in its first season. The series, set a century before the original show, follows Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire, Egg, in Westeros. Based on George R.R. Martin's "The Hedge Knight," HBO aims for at least three seasons. Amidst the expanding Thrones universe, with "House of the Dragon" and potential Aegon's Conquest spinoffs, anticipation remains high for this prequel's 2025 debut.
