AUST provides 40 scholarships for students hailing from Gaza.

Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) is offering full scholarships and accommodation to 40 female students from Gaza, Palestine, reaffirming this commitment to the Palestinian ambassador. AUST's vice-chancellor (in-charge), Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, condemned Israeli attacks on Gaza and assured a supportive environment for Palestinian students. The university aims to provide educational opportunities despite the challenges faced in Palestine. Additionally, Professor Mohammad SAA Kiwan, former head of AUST's civil engineering department, has a background in representing the Palestine Liberation Organisation in Dhaka.
