Govt. to provide 'Tk 10-50 thousand' for medical assistance to students injured in accidents.

The Prime Minister's Education Assistance Trust offers a one-time medical award of Tk 10,000 to Tk 50,000 to impoverished, deserving students who are gravely injured in an accident. This grant will be awarded to injured, impoverished, and meritorious students in grades sixth through graduate, as well as similar classes. To receive a medical grant, the student undergoing treatment must apply electronically using the e-Medical Grant Management System. Students may apply for medical funds online just once during their medical treatment.
