Over 130 people have been reported missing following a fire at the Gazi Tyres factory in Rupganj, Narayanganj. The building collapsed due to chemicals, prolonged fire, and water pressure, making it difficult to search for bodies. A five-member investigation committee, including the fire service, is assessing the collapsed floors, but no bodies or remains have been found. The fire burned continuously for 21-22 hours, and the number of dead bodies inside the building is currently unknown. An 8-member investigation committee has been formed by the district administration, and an expert team from Buet will soon inspect the building.
