State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak announced today that a comprehensive operation involving all relevant parties will be launched to curb online gambling. The state minister mentioned that approximately 50 lakh people are involved in online gambling. He made these remarks to reporters following a meeting with French Ambassador to Bangladesh Marie Masdupuy at the Secretariat.
