A survey conducted by Voice of America Bangla found that 57 percent of Bangladeshis support allowing the Awami League to continue playing a role in politics, while 35.5 percent favor banning the party. Additionally, 4.9 percent of respondents were unsure, and 2.6 percent refused to answer the question. Among younger respondents aged 18 to 34, 39.9 percent supported banning the Awami League, a higher percentage than the 30.8 percent of those aged 35 and above who shared this view. These findings are part of a nationwide survey in Bangladesh conducted under the supervision of Voice of America Bangla.
