At the Global Peace Summit in Egypt, former US President Donald Trump praised Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as a “beautiful, young woman,” adding that hearing such a compliment from a US leader carries political weight. He humorously remarked, “She may now have better chances in politics and success as a leader.”

The summit gathered leaders from 30 nations, including UN Secretary-General António Guterres, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and French President Emmanuel Macron, to discuss the framework for ensuring international stability and resolving ongoing global conflicts.

Trump, known for his outspoken remarks, has often drawn criticism for comments perceived as sexist or inappropriate toward women. Despite controversies, his appearance at the summit drew attention from global media, reigniting discussions about his diplomatic style and influence.
