The US-based organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has announced a reward of Tk 5.5 million for credible information leading to the identification and arrest of those responsible for the killing of Shahid Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inquilab Mancha.
The announcement was made in a statement issued by SFJ on Monday, following information shared by the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) indicating that individuals involved in the killing had fled Bangladesh and taken refuge in India.
According to SFJ, the perpetrators escaped to India shortly after the incident. The organisation stated that the reward aims to encourage members of the public to come forward with reliable information that could assist law enforcement agencies in locating, arresting, and initiating extradition proceedings against the suspects.
