A user in Turkey has reported that his Samsung Galaxy Buds FE exploded during use, resulting in permanent hearing loss for his girlfriend. The earbuds allegedly detonated shortly after purchase, even without being charged. Upon taking the damaged earbuds to a Samsung service center, staff were reportedly taken aback. After a two-day investigation, Samsung stated that the earbuds had merely "deformed" rather than exploded, and offered a replacement. Frustrated by this response, the user is contemplating legal action. This incident has sparked concerns regarding the safety of Bluetooth devices, although the claims have not been independently verified.
